The St Charles Running Festival is pleased to partner with the Waldorf Runners to help to get you ready for race day! Whether you are a seasoned runner, a casual participant or new to the sport, the Waldorf Runners has a program for you!
Waldorf Runners is offering a free and easy hybrid in-person/on your own training plan that you can do no matter if you are a beginner or a seasoned racer and for both race distances. Choose whether you want to train for a 5k or 10k and commit to doing your best to complete 3 run or run/walk workouts per week to help build your endurance and fitness.
